Trainers have consistently been my favorite footwear choice. A few years ago, if given the choice between colorful adidas trainers and pristine white ones, I would have undoubtedly chosen the white trainers. My collection of white trainers has reached impressive numbers, much to my husband’s dismay each time I sneak another pair home. But hey, can a girl ever have too many white trainers?!?
Now, I’m beginning to think that one can never have too many colorful trainers either, especially when faced with so many cute options. Just look at these spectacular electric blue Grand Court Alpha shoes—they’re absolutely gorgeous.
To be transparent, this particular colorway of the Grand Court Alphas isn’t currently available, but other styles in this shade can be found. While adidas frequently updates their color options to align with trends, their assortment is extensive. Returning to the Grand Court Alphas…
Although the three stripes are a clear indicator of an adidas trainer, these particular shoes have a distinct, chunky appeal that makes them stand out. Gazelle Shoes
The first pair of adidas trainers I acquired were black Gazelles when I was 15. These iconic shoes represent classic ’90s footwear. Ordered from my mother’s catalog—back in the days when catalog shopping was prevalent—I spent six months paying them off with my earnings from my paper route. It was worth every penny; I felt like the epitome of cool. At that time, during the musical rivalry of Oasis and Blur, Gazelles were essential footwear. If you didn’t own a pair, you simply didn’t exist. All I wanted was a sense of belonging.
It’s impressive for a brand and design to maintain such popularity over 50 years since their debut. Just like the Handball Spezials, most of adidas’ models have transformed from mere athletic shoes to coveted wardrobe staples.

Adidas Handball Spezial Kids Shoes
My daughter has been enamored with the Handball Spezial trainers for quite some time. When I messaged her (because, let’s be real, that’s how parents communicate with teenagers now!), informing her about the gift card and my post on colorful adidas trainers, she rushed to my side faster than I could see her double blue ticks on WhatsApp!

Yes, they’re termed indoor shoes, but they can easily withstand outdoor activities too—just remember to clean them before entering the house!
